Why 100 days? You may not have time to set up the system the day you receive it or you want to monitor your monthly savings with the smart plug for a few months before fully committing. Rest assured that you can set up your micro solar system in your own time and test it for 100 days from the date of delivery.
If you're unhappy with it for whatever reason you can return the complete and undamaged selfPV kit to us within 100 days for a full refund - no questions asked.
Should you choose to return your selfPV solar kit please get in touch with our support team to schedule a collection. Please keep in mind that returns usually take up to 14 days to process from receipt of goods as we need to verify that everything is still in good working order and that electrical components haven't been modified/disassembled. We will keep you in the loop.
Should your returned order be incomplete or certain items be missing we reserve the right to only offer you a partial refund to replace the missing items.
